About Grant A Wish Annual Holiday Gift Programme
Instead of filling your Christmas stockings, or decking your halls in white, why not pause for a moment, and engage the true spirit of Christmas, by giving back to the community! We are currently organising a New Year New Challenge Sports Gift Campaign. Your support will directly provide underprivileged youth with essential sports equipment so they can slalom speedily like Santa, run quickly and jump higher like reindeer!

This year, IHKSports Ambassadors, Athlete Supporters, representatives of the Hong Kong Tokyo Olympics team’s and well-known sportsmen have all enthusiastically supported our Grant A Wish Holiday Gift Programme.
To fulfill all 348 sports wishes of the youths, we aim to raise $140,000 to cover the purchase of sports gifts, from shopping, wrapping to delivery. We also ask for your support and donations to support IHK’s operation in enabling better youths through sports in 2022! We aim to raise a total amount of $200,000 (inclusive of the gift programme).
Pay your blessings forward by granting an underprivileged youth a wish related to sports. Upon making a donation of HK$400 this holiday, your donation will be used to sponsor sports-related gifts that we have previously collected from our beneficiaries. The donation includes HK$300 that goes into the purchase of a sports gift, HK$50 contributing to gift shopping, wrapping, delivery, and the remaining HK$50 supports the monitoring of the gift programme.
On top of granting an underprivileged youth a wish with an amount of HK$400, why not make a donation of your choice to support our work to benefit more youths through sports.

Campaign Description
1. A single donation must be at least HK$400 to match one student’s wish, any donation less than that will be treated as a general donation.
2. IHKSports will take care of the gift shopping, wrapping and delivery to them before the arrival of the Year of the Tiger in February 2022! We will share details of wishes fulfilled (with photos) and donation amounts after campaign.
3. Every donation that meets the above conditions will be matched with ONE wish of the underprivileged youth. If you wish to be matched with multiple wishes, you are advised to make donations separately with clear indications. We recommend you share this campaign amongst friends and family around you so many more wishes will be granted!
