UBS Global Banking team and leadership are committed to complete a mental and physical challenge by exercising consecutively for 5 days, in support of InspiringHK Sports Foundation's youth work. Read on to find out more!

In view of the recent fifth wave outbreak, sports facilities and gym have been shut, forcing many out of their usual exercise routine. Terry: Even when my schedule is busy I try to fit in some HIIT workouts. These are short but effective ways to work out and being outdoors adds a meditative element and you can tailor them to any weather. To inspire others, I included some funny ones which immediately attracted a following

Gaetano: I like the SUP because it is a great way to exercise, be outdoor and it is a good reminder of the importance of finding the right balance.

      Campaign Description

In view of the severe Omicron outbreak, students from kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools in Hong Kong will take an early summer break from April instead of July. The volatile pandemic situation led to a prolonged closure of LCSD leisure facilities, including sports centres, sports grounds, and grass pitches. COVID-19 home confinement has resulted in a critical decrease in all levels of physical activities, posing long-term threat to the physical and mental health among our next generation. IHKSports thus invited top executives in society to be the role models of our youths in order to demonstrate leadership and to provide inspiration and motivation for our young people in Hong Kong, as well as to support the cause of IHKSports to empower better youths, through sports.
