Kitson S. Kho is an avid sportsman, always has been and always will be. To him, sports is the essence of a long and healthy life. The reason for committing a 15k run for 5 consecutive days is because endurance coupled with cardio in any sports is the most Integral part of becoming great. One may have the skill, but without endurance, you will never go far.

Therefore, Kitson humbly encourages the youth of HK to always stay active and participate in health and fitness wherever possible. The stronger one’s body is, the sharper the mind will work. It may seem hard at the start, but persistence and hard work will always reap rewards! Please donate to the campaign to support InspiringHK Sports Foundation ’s operation in enabling better youths through sports!



Kitson S. Kho, Chairman of The Kho Group and his brother Luis formed TKG in Hong Kong to kick start our love for entrepreneurship. Currently, the Khos have a presence in a few countries with multifaceted businesses, such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, and China to name a few. The subsidiaries range from mining, real estate and media to food and beverage, physical fitness and high-end retail.

      Campaign Description

      In view of the severe Omicron outbreak, students from kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools in Hong Kong will take an early summer break from April instead of July. The volatile pandemic situation led to a prolonged closure of LCSD leisure facilities, including sports centres, sports grounds, and grass pitches. COVID-19 home confinement has resulted in a critical decrease in all levels of physical activities, posing long-term threat to the physical and mental health among our next generation. IHKSports thus invited top executives in society to be the role models of our youths in order to demonstrate leadership and to provide inspiration and motivation for our young people in Hong Kong, as well as to support the cause of IHKSports to empower better youths, through sports.
