Mark your calendars, on Saturday 13th of August, Team F45 Training Causeway Bay will be running Heroes Hollywood, an energizing 60-min hybrid training session!
F45 Training Causeway Bay is all about giving back to the community and this year we've partnered up with InspiringHK Sports Foundation (IHKSports) to support their amazing initiative of youth sports programme for the underprivileged youths locally! F45 and IHKSports share the same passion for sports and teamwork!
You get to join for free (limited spots available) and sweat for a good cause, click here to secure your spot at one of the classes at 8am, 9:15am or 10:30am!

The team and community focus of F45 aims to motivate our members. We feel they are more likely to push themselves and stay committed to their training routines when they have a support system behind them. Our members look to be held accountable by their training partners and local studio trainers. From the second they step foot in their local studio, our members are surrounded by the positive, supportive energy that we are known for.
