包文駿先生承諾於5天內,每天進行頭倒立挑戰,以支持凝動的青年工作!

運動是包文駿先生生命中不可或缺的一部份。他是一名前游泳及水球運動員,曾經每天花4小時練習游泳。直到現在,運動仍然是他每天行程中的重要一環,尤其是在疫情期間,運動能幫助他減壓及紓緩焦慮。

他發覺結合運動、呼吸及冥想訓練的瑜伽最能使他心情平靜,而且只需一張瑜伽墊就能輕易做到。縱使他已經練習多年,但依然未能做得很好。所以他為今次自我挑戰計劃訂下目標,堅持每天做瑜伽,希望能夠成功做到一分鐘頭倒立。請即捐助以表達您的支持!



包文駿先生現為私人投資公司Kiri Capital起然資本行政總裁,亦是一名教育工作者。他於上海創立了包玉剛實驗學校,帶領國內民辦教育發展,同時他亦是國際非牟利教育團體CASE亞太區及大學諮詢委員會成員。包文駿先生自小熱愛運動,在學期間是英國牛津大學游泳隊隊長,更曾代表香港泳隊和水球隊參加亞洲和世界錦標賽。近年他與夥伴一起創立專業帆船隊ChinaOne.Ningbo,曾於高速帆船國際賽事中勇奪三項冠軍。

Day 4: 1 minute Headstand achieved! One day early, the daily practice really works. Still some room for improvement though as not too stable. I decided to reward myself with buying a new yoga mat for more practice.
Hope everyone is staying active and healthy too!

Day 3: One of my favorite quotes in yoga is “Practice, all is coming”

Feeling more confident and open today and everything seems to come more easily as the body adapts to the practice. Today I came close to my goal of one minute for headstand inversion. Regular practice does make a difference!

To reward myself and prepare for the weekend practice, I also bought a new yoga mat.

Day 2: Feeling very sore already but practice feels smoother today. I thought this quote was meaningful.

      項目簡介

      第五波疫情於今年年初爆發,疫情嚴峻,令全港所有幼稚園及中小學學生都要提早於三、四月放暑假。康文署轄下所有戶外康樂場地及室內體育設施亦暫停開放直到4月20日,令一眾學生大多只能留在家中消磨時間,體能活動大大減少,有損身心健康。有見及此,凝動邀請了幾位社會領袖進行每天運動挑戰,樹立良好榜樣,鼓勵年青人繼續鍛鍊自己,同時亦表達對凝動「以體育造就青年」這個願景的支持。
